Meredith is an associate attorney with Abels & Annes, P.C. Meredith has dedicated her practice to the representation of injury victims and regularly handles cases involving car accidents, premises liability, bicycle accidents, train accidents, and wrongful death.
Meredith grew up in the Chicago suburbs where she spent time in and around the city as a child. She attended Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois for her undergraduate education where she received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science degree with honors in 2009. Following college, Meredith chose to continue her education and obtain her Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School. During her time at John Marshall, Meredith was managing editor of The John Marshall Law Review, a member of multiple moot court teams, and a member of the Dean’s List for academic achievement. Meredith graduated magna cum laude from The John Marshall Law School in 2012 and became licensed to practice law in Illinois shortly thereafter.
During her legal education, Meredith engaged in courses that prepared her for a career in personal injury and litigation, her chosen fields of practice. She began to work in the legal profession while still in law school when she chose to clerk for a personal injury firm. Through this work, Meredith was able to refine and hone her legal skills and knowledge.
Meredith joined the firm of Abels & Annes, P.C. in 2013 as an associate attorney. She is a staunch advocate on behalf of her clients and works tirelessly to make sure every injury victim receives the maximum award possible in their case. Meredith handles cases both in and out of court and has helped her clients collect thousands of dollars for their injuries.
Meredith has practiced in all aspects of cases from the initial steps of a new case through to resolution through settlement. She is skilled in her courtroom appearances as well as those legal tasks that occur outside of court and she deftly handles all legal matters that arise in her cases.
Meredith believes in the Abels & Annes, P.C. practice of putting clients first and she prides herself on being available to speak with or meet with clients and to do so on their schedules. When working on a case, Meredith does all she can to see her clients through to a successful recovery.
